Cancellation Policy
At Wofela, we value your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our procedures.
Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@wofela.com within 6 hours after placing the order.
Please note that after that timeframe or once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to proceed with returning the item as per our return policy. If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you successfully cancel an order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution and may take several business days to reflect on your account statement.
Please be aware that once an order has been processed for shipping, it is considered a final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.
Custom-Made or Personalized Items
Kindly note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has commenced. If you need to cancel such an item, please contact our customer service team at support@wofela.com within 6 hours after placing the order. If production has not yet begun, we will make every effort to accommodate your request and issue a full refund. However, if production is already underway, we regretfully cannot cancel your order.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective custom-made or personalized item, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team at support@wofela.com within 6 hours after placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and modify the order before it is shipped. However, please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, modifications are not possible.
If you wish to add additional items to an order that has already been placed, we kindly ask you to make a separate order for the additional items. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order once it has been processed for shipping.
